The comparable brief should name motor winding, encoder, brake function, drive model family, DC link in VDC, current in Arms and speed in rpm. If a gearbox is required, state ratio and which party supplies it. Upstream PLC interface names for enable, fault and position belong on the same sheet so factories do not hide I/O adapters in a later change order. Throughput of the parent line is context; the drive is sized on the axis duty cycle and the cooling method (air or cooling water only if a cooled module is quoted).

Cables beyond a stated length, spare encoder heads, cabinet sheet metal, transformer kits for a different three-phase supply, installation, FAT witness travel and SAT remain outside the base drive-and-motor pair until restated. Training hours and spare parts kits are support lines, not silent inclusions. We will not invent a percentage discount against a market price that was never collected under the same assumptions.
Response basis
Each supplier should confirm whether the quoted drive can commutate the proposed motor, which firmware or parameter set is assumed, and whether the DC value they used is the drive bus or a request for brushed construction. If they cannot confirm, the line stays open rather than being filled with a family name. Engineering acceptance remains between the buyer and the named equipment supplier. Read feedback and drive checks before treating a mechanically similar motor as interchangeable.

Remaining input the buyer still owns: destination, quantity, requested delivery window, optional budget (currency and per-unit or whole-order basis) and supplier preference (premium, mid-range, budget-friendly, or not sure). Preference is a search filter, not a verified factory rating. Footprint of the cabinet and work envelope of the axis still need numbers if installation is in the same purchase.
