This policy describes how inquiry information submitted through Ac Servo Motor Sourcing is used. The site is an independent sourcing service. It is not a factory storefront and it does not publish a public postal address or switchboard.
The inquiry form collects name, work email and optional company and phone, plus the requirements text you type. That text is the place to record product specification, quantity, destination and requested delivery window. Optional budget (amount or range, currency, per-unit or whole-order) and supplier preference, when provided, are merged into that same requirements field at submit time. Helper fields do not add backend field names. There is no file upload control.

Ac Servo Motor Sourcing does not publish a map pin or claim a monitored 24-hour desk. Certificates requested from factories remain those factories’ documents and are not stored as this service’s credentials.
