Independent procurement coordination

Ac Servo Motor Sourcing

Ac Servo Motor Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. The name is a procurement service label, not a factory identity. We help plant procurement managers, equipment importers and OEM project engineers collect an ac servo motor brief, circulate it to candidate manufacturers and return comparable wholesale quotes. We do not manufacture motors, hold warehouse stock or act as a brand-appointed reseller. Certificates, capacity figures and customer references belong to the named supplier in each reply, not to this website.

Scope limits

Independent machinery sourcing for US buyers: we coordinate factory quotes. Suitability, documents, timing and commercial terms require confirmation on each inquiry. Public specification tables cited for comparison, including continuous versus peak torque columns, are reference information dated in the 2026 editorial snapshot, not this service’s performance promise.

Scope limits: Equipment scope

The RFQ we circulate covers dedicated ac servo motor packages and the matching drive when the buyer includes it. Synonyms such as brushless servo motor stay on this site. Adjacent families (hydraulics, steppers, whole machine tools) are not substitute landing pages. Buyer inputs we expect: torque in Nm with inertia and acceleration, current in Arms, speed in rpm, DC link in VDC with a note on whether that is a drive bus or a brushed-motor request, quantity, destination and requested delivery window. We will not fill missing inertia with a catalog default.

Price exclusions

Gearboxes, extra cable length, cabinets, transformers for a different three-phase supply, installation, FAT witness travel, SAT, training and spare parts stay off the motor line until a supplier writes them in. Optional budget notes (amount or range, currency, per-unit or whole-order) help us prioritize search; they are not published savings claims. Connected load in kW is requested only when a cabinet is in the same purchase. Cooling water is requested only when a cooled drive is in scope.

What remains with the buyer: process data, destination logistics, optional supplier preference (premium, mid-range, budget-friendly, or not sure) and contract sign-off. Preference is a buyer selection, not a verified factory rating. Footprint and work envelope still need numbers if installation is purchased together with the motor. PLC interface names for encoder and thermal I/O should be written by the controls owner, not guessed here. Read torque sizing notes before treating a peak rating as continuous duty.
